Advanced Look Home Inspection is by far, the best inspection service in Central Florida.
I purchased a home last year and their inspection report was so thorough, it became the owners manual for my house. Beautifully presented, typed with photographs, this 44 page report became a valuable tool for home improvement projects as well. Jay Mathy and Sue Wolfe are both, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Advanced Look Property Inspections!
 
I had two homes inspected by Jay Mathy and Sue Wolfe at Advanced Look Property Inspections (the first house fell through). I saved their number after the first inspection because they did such a thorough job. They stayed for 3 hours looking at every detail and explaining things to me along the way and they sent the 47-page report to me within 24 hours! They were just as professional and thorough for the second inspection!
One thing I noticed about Jay and Sue is that they enjoy what they do... They like finding the secrets a house holds and sharing those secrets with you. I highly recommend Advanced Look Property Inspections!
